Introducing
the all-new Honda Accord Euro, a combination of
brilliant design and breathtaking precision. The most
fleeting glance will confirm our engineers’ obsessive
attention to detail. And while sleek lines mark the Euro
as a refined premium sedan, muscular touches lend it
a sporty aggressive road stance.
Powerful, yet still delivering class-leading fuel economy
and emissions, Honda Accord Euro's 2.4 litre i-VTEC engine
elevates it into the category of Europe's finest mid-sized
sedans. While capable of delivering 148kw of power,
the engine still manages remarkable fuel efficiency,
using just 8.9 litres of petrol per 100 kilometres.
The Honda Accord Euro offers two choices of transmission:
a 6-speed manual, featuring an effortless action
and short shift throws, or an optional 5-speed
sequential shift automatic which works either as
a conventional automatic or can be shifted manually via
paddles on the steering wheel.
As for performance, a stiff chassis, lowered centre
of gravity, wider track and upgraded suspension deliver
agility and high speed stability so you’ll never
be in doubt that the Accord Euro is first and foremost a
true driver’s car.
Sound-absorbing technology,
the famously smooth Honda engine and an incredibly well
thought-out cabin combine to create the perfect space
in which to enjoy the Euro’s precision handling.
To create the best car in its class, our engineering
team designed the Accord Euro to cope brilliantly in
case of the worst.
The Honda Accord Euro’s comprehensive list of
safety measures includes: Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA),
Motion Adaptive Electric Power Steering (MAE) (which
works in conjunction with VSA) and Honda’s unique
G-Force Control technology (to absorb and disperses crash
energy throughout the engine compartment and away from
the cabin during a collision).
Honda Accord Euro's safety systems also include: Anti-lock
Braking System (ABS) with Emergency Brake Assist (EBA),
dual front SRS airbags, driver and front passenger-side
SRS airbags, front seatbelt pre-tensioners and load limiters,
head restraints in the front and rear, and active front
headrests. |
