The Jazz comes in three versions, the GLi, the VTi and VTi-S. You can choose between the GLi’s 73kW four cylinder, fuel injected 1.3 L i-VTEC or the Li-VTEC approach to performance and economy found in the 88kW 1.5 L VTi and VTi-S.

These engines are mated to either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmissions which features steering wheel mounted paddle shifts on the VTi-S.

Standard active safety equipment includes an anti-lock braking system (ABS), with ventilated discs in the front and solid discs on the rear, electronic brake distribution (EBD) and Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA).

Dual-stage, dual-threshold front airbags, dual front-side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) and side-curtain airbags are standard equipment on all models.

The audio system which includes CD tuner and AM/FM stereo radio is fully integrated, providing seamless styling continuity with large switches for easy operation.
