Complete Vehicle Solutions

I have been using Complete Vehicle Solutions for the past 5 Years as part of my role which incorporates New Vehicle replacements for Insurance Manufacturers of Australia. I would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude to not only Graeme but to the entire team at Complete Vehicle Solutions. Not only do they make the replacement process extremely streamlined for our customers but also never fail to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are always looked after.

The level of service that our customers receive from the team at Complete Vehicle Solutions is second to none and this shows in the Customer Service Surveys that we complete to monitor and grade the service provided by all of our suppliers. The results that we are receiving are that almost 100% of customers would use the dealership again should they be in the market looking for a new vehicle.

Our surveys have also pointed out that, not only do our customers receive fantastic customer service during the replacement process but, the sales back up and servicing is some of the best they have seen with fantastic facilities and even a café on site.

The staff at GWS are very genuine and easy to deal with. This is the second Honda we have purchased from GWS in the last 3 years. Unfortunately other Honda dealers were more interested in there own position not ours. Again the experience at GWS second time around was outstanding. The same can also be said for their service department, They are just good at what they do.

My Wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank JEENY GONG (Sales Assistant) and PAUL (Manager) at GWS Oakleigh branch Honda section for their excellent and extreme great Customer Service provided to us.
Right from the start, the welcome given to us, help provided and service was outstanding. Jenny Gong, wonderful Sales person, saw we had a 1 year old child, provided us help by showing us the Kids play room so we are more comfortable looking around and choosing the right car.
Explaining in details and the structure of some cars we saw, Jenny from our experience has got such high expertise in the field of Sales. With such delicate and fantastic Sales Assistant Jenny showed to us, it just shows that we will consider other family members and friends to GWS in
Oakleigh with their very high expertise and excellent delivery. And most importantly, when we decide to purchased another car either brand new or second hand, we will definitely step into GWS Oakleigh Honda department.
With a little help from the Manager Paul, he did help us out on the cost of the vehicle and at the end both parties the seller (GWS) and Buyers (My Wife and I) were happy. That is exactly what happened and we purchased our HONDA CITY VTI We needed a car urgently and we got it so quickly.

I purchased a Mazda 2 from GWS Mazda. I just wanted to pay my compliments to Justin Burns, who provided outstanding Sales and Customer Service to us. Justin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided us with any information we needed. Very courteous and polite. He responded very quickly to my enquires and when we had administrative problems with my Finance Applications via my Bank, Justin was extremely patient and did whatever was required to help my application go through.

Dear Dealer Principal,

I would like to highly praise the Customer Service Values of your staff at the Suzuki Service Centre in Ringwood last Friday night.

I made a call to your service centre at 4.00 pm as the power steering on my Grand Vitara was barely working and I was in Richmond. I explained my dilemma to your staff and they said no problems we are here to 5.30 pm , bring the car here and we will have a look at it.

As you can understand I was thinking the worst, as it was a Friday night, I was expecting that I would be without a car over the weekend. I limped into the driveway at 5.00 pm and your staff looked at the car straight away.

The young men you have working at the service counter John and Mark were just fantastic, they were very attentive, they are a asset to your business. The workshop staff should also be commended as I had rolled in at 5.00 pm and I am sure they were in the throws of cleaning up at the end of a hard day. They fixed my car and got me on my way.

I have subsequently booked my car in for its 45,000 and 60,000 KLM service for this coming Wednesday.

The last place I had my car serviced was a Suzuki Dealer in Heidelberg, I was less then impressed with there customer service and them trying to charge me for work that did not need doing. I refused to go back there. I worked in the automotive industry myself for many years and I have seen some very bad dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to find your business and your fantastic staff.

Please pass on my thanks to the staff at your Ringwood Service Department from a very thankful customer.

I had my Mazda 3 serviced at FTG yesterday. I was impressed with the service that I received from the team out there - in particular Brett.

There was a few other things that required fixing such a the wheels rotated and this was done professionally and in a timely manner.

I have friends in the area who also own Mazda's and I will be recommending Brett and his team to them.

We purchased our Honda Accord Euro from you about 3 years ago and we have had it serviced with you since that time.

We would like to congratulate you upon your excellent service staff of Martin, Anna and Chris.

Each time we have brought our car in for service they have been polite, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable about their product and always prepared to listen to any concerns we may have had with our car.

Recently our car required some additional work which they organised promptly and efficiently and they always took the time to explain to us what was required. They organised a loan car for us as a matter of course, which was greatly appreciated. They kept us informed as to what was happening with our car and the repairs were carried out with a minimum of fuss to us.

We know that when we bring our car into the service department for a service that we will not be required to wait unduly and we will be treated courteously and professionally.

We think they are to be commended for their excellent service.

I just received your follow up letter from the last service on my car.

Having seen many advertisements on television for Midas and Ultra Tune quoting 30% less costs than with a factory dealer, I wanted to say how pleased I am with your service and your charges.

You have completed the services I have had within the times you quoted and the costs to me have been what I regard as very reasonable and I do not think that non factory services actually cost any less.

You provide very good facilities for waiting customers and your staff are always friendly and helpful.

I wanted to thank you for your kindness regarding a problem I had with my air-conditioning in my Honda Civic.

I had my car serviced with you on the 19th of April 2008 and with that included an air-conditioning service.

I did not notice a problem that had occurred with the air-conditioning until the first week of May and you were able to look at my car on the 9th of May 2008.

Everyone was very kind and helpful and I appreciate this very much indeed! The air-conditioning is excellent now and I wanted to let you know. Best wishes and see you again for my next Honda service!

I write in response to my recent servicing experience at GWS Oakleigh

The service provided by Paul and his team was nothing short of outstanding. Paul in particular was very friendly and approachable and he ensured that I was kept informed when things didn't go exactly according to plan (there was an issue with my CD player which required literally 6 or so people to fix). I was also more than happy with the facilities provided in the waiting area, my only suggestion there would be to install a wireless internet access point.

Congratulations to yourself and all the team at GWS for continuing to provide an excellent service experience, I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending your services to all my friends.
